Privacy
Your training and body data stay on your devices. Prokope has no accounts, no servers, no analytics and no ads.
Updated 26 October 2026
What Prokope stores
Your programs, workouts (exercises, sets, weights, reps, times), body weight, body measurements and settings. They are saved in the app on your iPhone and Apple Watch. The two sync with each other directly over Apple's Watch connection.
Apple Health
With your permission, Prokope uses Apple Health on your devices:
- iPhone reads and saves your body weight, and reads your sex to pick the body figure shown in the app.
- Apple Watch saves your workouts and the active energy burned, and reads heart rate, active energy, distance and workouts while you train.
Health data is never used for advertising or marketing, never sold, and never sent anywhere by Prokope. You can change these permissions any time in the Settings app › Health.
iCloud Drive
Prokope keeps an automatic export of your data in your own iCloud Drive (a Prokope folder) so you can back it up or share it. It's stored by Apple under your Apple ID like your other iCloud files; Prokope's maker can't see it. When you share an export yourself, it goes wherever you send it.
Notifications
Reminders (weigh-in, measurements, rest timer, monthly report) are scheduled on your device. Nothing is sent to a server.
Links
Exercise form links open third-party websites (for example StrengthLog) inside the app. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
TestFlight
During the beta, Apple's TestFlight may share crash reports and any feedback or screenshots you choose to send with the developer, as described in Apple's TestFlight terms.
Children
Prokope isn't directed at children under 13.
